Boxing Blow is a term used to describe the four main punches used in boxing. An Uppercut is an upward punch thrown with the rear hand, usually used to attack the chin of the opponent. A JAB is a quick, straight punch thrown with the lead hand. A HOOK is a semi-circular punch thrown with the lead hand, usually used to attack the side of the opponent's head. Lastly, a LEFT is a punch thrown with the rear hand. All of these punches are used to attack the opponent and score points in a boxing match.
