Bosox Legend refers to Carl Yastrzemski, a former Major League Baseball player who played his entire 23-year career with the Boston Red Sox. He was an 18-time All-Star, won seven Gold Glove Awards, and was the 1967 American League MVP. He is also the last MLB player to win the Triple Crown, leading the AL in batting average, home runs, and RBIs in 1967. Yastrzemski was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1989.
