Biscay, Bay of Feeder is a body of water located in the northern Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Spain and France. It is bordered by the Cantabrian Sea to the east, the Bay of Biscay to the south, and the Celtic Sea to the west. The bay is fed by the Loire River in France and the Iberian Peninsula in Spain. The Breton people, who inhabit the region, have traditionally fished in the bay. The largest city on the bay is Santander, located in the autonomous community of Cantabria in Spain.
