ELITISM is the belief that certain people or groups are superior to others, while AIRS is an attitude of superiority or haughtiness. UPPITY is a term used to describe someone who is arrogant and thinks they are better than others. All three of these behaviors are associated with snobbery and can be seen as a form of discrimination.
