Baseball's Bud Selig is a former Commissioner of Major League Baseball (MLB). He served as the ninth Commissioner of MLB from 1992 to 2015. During his tenure, he oversaw the expansion of the league from 28 teams to 30 teams, the introduction of interleague play, and the implementation of instant replay. He also worked to increase revenue sharing among teams and to improve the game's competitive balance. Selig was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2017.
