Baseball Legend' is a term used to describe some of the greatest players in the history of the sport. Two of the most famous are Babe RUTH and Willie Mays, both of whom had four-letter surnames. RUTH was a legendary slugger who set numerous records during his career, including the all-time home run record. Mays was an all-around player who was known for his defensive prowess and power at the plate. Another great player was Mickey MANTLE, whose six-letter surname was also associated with greatness.
