Theo Epstein is a baseball executive who has been in the sport since 2002. He is currently the President of Baseball Operations for the Chicago Cubs, a position he has held since 2011. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of the Boston Red Sox from 2003 to 2011, where he was instrumental in helping the team win two World Series titles. Epstein is widely regarded as one of the most successful executives in baseball history.
