Tallulah Bankhead was an American actress, comedian, and singer who starred in the 1944 film 'Lifeboat'. She was known for her distinctive voice and outrageous personality. Bankhead was born in Alabama in 1902 and began her career on the stage in the 1920s. She went on to appear in numerous films and television shows throughout her career. Bankhead was also a successful radio performer and was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 1988.
