Bad Company is a term used to describe unethical or illegal business practices. The two examples of this are Enron and RoughCrowd. Enron was an American energy company that declared bankruptcy in 2001 due to fraudulent accounting practices. RoughCrowd was a group of Wall Street traders who were accused of manipulating stock prices in the late 1990s. Both of these companies were examples of bad company and their practices led to financial losses for many people.
