Anna Quindlen is an American author, journalist, and opinion columnist. She is best known for her work as a columnist for The New York Times, Newsweek, and Bloomberg View. Quindlen has written several books, including the novel One True Thing, which was adapted into a feature film in 1998. She has also written non-fiction works such as A Short Guide to a Happy Life and Being Perfect. Quindlen has won numerous awards for her writing, including the Pulitzer Prize for Commentary in 1992.
