Assyria was an ancient Mesopotamian kingdom that existed from the 25th century BC to 605 BC. Nineveh, Arbela, Elam, and Reno were all cities located in Assyria. Nineveh was the capital of Assyria and was located on the eastern bank of the Tigris River. Arbela was a city located in northern Iraq and was the site of several battles during the Assyrian Empire. Elam was an ancient civilization located in what is now southwestern Iran. Reno was a city located in the northern part of Assyria.
