Otto Ringling was one of the five original Ringling Brothers, who were a family of seven brothers who founded the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in the late 19th century. OTTO was the fourth brother and was known for his business acumen and organizational skills. He was responsible for the financial success of the circus and was the first to introduce the concept of the three-ring circus.
