The Winter Palace Figures were Tsars, or Russian monarchs, who ruled the country from the late 16th century until the Russian Revolution of 1917. These Tsars were the most powerful figures in the Russian Empire and were responsible for many of the reforms and changes that occurred during their reigns. They were also responsible for the construction of the Winter Palace, which served as the official residence of the Tsars.
