Weightlifter's pride is a term used to describe the physical strength and muscularity that weightlifters strive for. It is composed of four parts: BICEPS, pecs, TORSO, and BUILD. BICEPS are the muscles located on the upper arm, pecs are the muscles of the chest, TORSO is the body excluding the head, arms, and legs, and BUILD is the overall physical structure of the body. Weightlifters work hard to develop these areas in order to achieve their desired level of physical strength and muscularity.
