Otto von Bismark was a Prussian statesman who served as the first Chancellor of the German Empire from 1871 to 1890. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in modern German history and is credited with unifying Germany and establishing the German Empire. He was also a key figure in the creation of the German constitution and the establishment of the German Empire's foreign policy.
