Verdi Forte is an OPERA composed by Giuseppe Verdi. It is a five-act OPERA that premiered in 1853 and is based on the play Don Carlos by Friedrich Schiller. The OPERA tells the story of the Spanish prince Don Carlos and his struggle to gain the love of Elisabeth de Valois, the daughter of King Philip II of Spain. The music of Verdi Forte is considered to be some of Verdi's best work and is known for its dramatic intensity and powerful choruses.
