Eliot NESS was the leader of the Untouchables, a group of law enforcement agents in the early 20th century who were tasked with bringing down the notorious gangster Al Capone. NESS was an American Prohibition agent, famous for his efforts to bring down organized crime in Chicago during the 1920s and 1930s. He is best remembered for leading the group of law enforcement agents known as the Untouchables, who were responsible for enforcing Prohibition laws.
