An unscrupulous lender, also known as a 'SHARK', is someone who lends money to people with high interest rates and unfavorable terms. They often take advantage of people in desperate financial situations by offering them loans that are difficult to pay back. These lenders often have little regard for the borrower's ability to repay the loan, and may even use deceptive practices to get the borrower to sign on to the loan.
