TV's Philbin is the stage name of Regis Francis Xavier Philbin, an American media personality, actor, and singer. He is best known for hosting talk and game shows, including Live! with Regis and Kelly, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, and Million Dollar Password. He also appeared in films such as Elf and The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle. Philbin was inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2006.
