TV's Daly is an American actor, writer, and producer best known for his role as Jack McFarland on the NBC sitcom Will & Grace. He has also appeared in films such as The Other Guys, Horrible Bosses, and A Million Ways to Die in the West. He has won two Emmy Awards for his work on Will & Grace and has been nominated for several other awards. He currently stars in the CBS sitcom Man with a Plan.
