An AGA is a lower-ranking Turkish official, usually in charge of a small area or group of people. An Agh is a title given to a respected elder in some parts of Turkey. An Agah is a title given to a respected elder in some parts of Turkey, similar to an Agh. An Emeer is a Turkish title of nobility, usually given to a person of high social standing. Together, these titles describe a Turkish bigwig, or someone of high social standing and influence in the Turkish government.
