Arturo Sandoval is a Cuban-American jazz trumpeter, pianist, and composer. He is best known for his mastery of the trumpet, flugelhorn, and valve trombone. He has been nominated for 10 Grammy Awards and won 6, including Best Latin Jazz Album in 2013. He has also been awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Barack Obama. Trumpeter Sandoval is an internationally renowned musician who has performed with many of the world's greatest artists, including Dizzy Gillespie, Woody Herman, and Stan Getz.
