Three-Card Monte, also known as Find the Lady, is a confidence game in which the victim is tricked into betting on the assumption that they can find the 'money card' among three face-down playing cards. The game is usually played with a dealer and one or more players. The dealer shuffles the cards and then places them face down on a table. The players then place their bets on which card is the money card. The dealer then reveals the cards, and the player who correctly guessed the money card wins the bet.
