The Younger Saarinen refers to Eero Saarinen, a Finnish-American architect and industrial designer of the 20th century. He is known for his neo-futuristic style, and his designs include the St. Louis Gateway Arch, the TWA Flight Center at JFK Airport, and the Dulles International Airport. He also designed furniture for Knoll, including the Womb chair and the Tulip chair. He was the son of Eliel Saarinen, another renowned architect.
