The Price is Right announcer Don Pardo was an American radio and television announcer whose career spanned over seven decades. He was best known for his work on the long-running game show The Price is Right, where he served as the announcer from 1972 to 2007. Pardo was also the announcer for Saturday Night Live from 1975 to 2014. He was inducted into the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Hall of Fame in 1984.
