Billy BOYD is an actor from Scotland who is best known for his role as Peregrin 'PIPPIN' Took in the Lord of the Rings film trilogy. He was born in 1968 and began his acting career in 1995. He has appeared in a variety of films and television shows, but his most notable role was as PIPPIN in The Lord of the Rings. He reprised the role in The Hobbit trilogy as well. He has also done voice work for video games and animated films.
