The Kingston TRIO is an American folk and pop music group that formed in the late 1950s. The group had a string of hit songs and albums during the late 1950s and early 1960s, and their influence helped to popularize folk music in the United States. The original members of the group were Dave Guard, Bob Shane, and Nick Reynolds. The Kingston TRIO was inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 1999.
