Goran Ivanisevic is a former professional tennis star from Croatia. He won the 2001 Wimbledon Championships, becoming the first wildcard entrant to win a Grand Slam singles title. He was also a runner-up at the 1992 and 1994 Wimbledon Championships and a semifinalist at the 1996 French Open. He achieved a career-high ranking of world No. 2 in 1994 and was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2004.
