Hana Mandlikova is a Czech former professional tennis player who won four Grand Slam singles titles and nine Grand Slam doubles titles during her career. She was the runner-up at the French Open in 1985 and 1986, and won the Australian Open in 1981 and 1986. She also won the US Open women's doubles title in 1985 and 1987. Mandlikova was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2002.
