Tommy Haas is a German former professional tennis player who achieved a career-high ranking of world No. 2 in May 2002. He won 15 singles titles and was a silver medalist at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He also reached the semifinals of the Australian Open in 1999 and 2002, the French Open in 2004, and Wimbledon in 2009. Haas has been described as one of the most talented players of his generation.
