A telemarketer's goals are to make SALES and take ORDERS. They are responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, and taking ORDERS from customers. They must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively in order to be successful. Additionally, they must be knowledgeable about the products or services they are selling in order to answer any questions that customers may have.
