Taylor of 'Almost Human' is Lili Taylor, an American actress. She has appeared in a variety of films and television shows since the late 1980s. She is best known for her roles in Mystic Pizza, Say Anything..., I Shot Andy Warhol, and Six Feet Under. In 2013, she starred in the Fox science fiction drama series Almost Human as Detective Valerie Stahl. She has also had recurring roles in The X-Files, American Crime, and Hemlock Grove.
