Orpin is a perennial herbaceous plant with thick, fleshy leaves and small yellow flowers. Sedum is an evergreen perennial with thick, fleshy leaves and star-shaped pink or white flowers. Both species are drought tolerant and can be used as ground cover or in rock gardens. They are also popular in container gardening.
