ENDURANCE is the ability to withstand hardship or difficulty, while VIGOR is the strength and energy needed to continue. GRIT is the determination to keep going despite difficulties, while LONGEVITY is the LENGTH of time something lasts. TENURE is the LENGTH of time someone holds a position, while PATIENCE is the ability to wait calmly and without complaint.
