The term 'Star Man' is a reference to two famous people: Zagat and Sagan. Zagat is a restaurant guide publisher, founded in 1979 by Tim and Nina Zagat. The company produces survey-based guides to restaurants and hotels in more than 100 cities around the world. Sagan was an American astronomer, astrophysicist, cosmologist, author, and science communicator. He is best known for his popular science books and for the television series Cosmos: A Personal Voyage, which he presented and co-wrote.
