Spider-Man's creator is Stan LEE, a three-letter name. Stan LEE was an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, and producer who co-created Spider-Man with Steve Ditko in 1962. He was also the former president and chairman of Marvel Comics and the primary creative leader of Marvel for over two decades. He was responsible for creating some of the most iconic characters in the Marvel Universe, including the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Thor, and the X-Men. He was inducted into the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 1994 and the Jack Kirby Hall of Fame in 1995.
