Bobby Orr is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) from 1966 to 1979. He is widely acknowledged as one of the greatest hockey players of all time and is renowned for his skating ability and scoring prowess. He won two Stanley Cups with the Boston Bruins, and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1979. He is also a skating legend, having won eight consecutive Norris Trophies as the NHL's best defenseman.
