Sir Michael Caine is an English actor, producer, and author. He has appeared in over 130 films throughout his career and has received two Academy Awards, four BAFTA Awards, and a Golden Globe Award. He is best known for his roles in films such as Alfie, The Italian Job, and The Dark Knight Trilogy. Caine is also a Commander of the Order of the British Empire, having been knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2000.
