Sidewalk games are a popular pastime for children and adults alike. Two of the most well-known sidewalk games are HOPSCOTCH and Potsy. HOPSCOTCH is a game in which players throw a marker onto a numbered diagram drawn on the ground and then hop or jump through the diagram, picking up the marker along the way. Potsy is a game in which players throw a marker onto a diagram drawn on the ground and then try to throw the marker into one of the numbered circles. Both of these games require skill, agility, and coordination.
