A CABAL is a group of people united in some close design, usually to promote their private views and interests in a church, state, or other community. Planners and PLOTTERS are schemers who plan and plot out their strategies in order to achieve their goals. They often use tactics such as deception, manipulation, and subterfuge to achieve their objectives.
