Russian Soup is a traditional soup originating from Russia. It is made with a variety of vegetables and can be served hot or cold. The most common variations are BORSCHT (7 letters), BORSCH (6 letters), BORTSCH (7 letters) and Borstch (7 letters). BORSCHT is the most popular version, and is usually made with beetroot, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and sometimes meat. BORSCH is similar to BORSCHT but is usually served cold. BORTSCH and Borstch are also variations of Russian Soup, but they are less common.
