The Russian Council is a collective term for the three main governing bodies of Russia: the Duma (4 letters), the Rada (4 letters), and the SOVIET (6 letters). The Duma is the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia, the Rada is the upper house of the Federal Assembly of Russia, and the SOVIET is the former supreme legislative body of the SOVIET Union. Together, these three governing bodies form the Russian Council.
