A roller skating waitress, also known as a carhop, is a person who serves food and drinks to customers while roller skating. This job requires the employee to be able to balance on skates while carrying trays of food and drinks. Carhops often work in drive-in restaurants, where customers can order from their cars and the carhop delivers the food to them.
