The Saône is a river in France that flows into the city of Lyon. It is 5 letters long and is one of the two major rivers that flow through the city. The other river is the Rhône. The Saône is the longest tributary of the Rhône and is approximately 480 km long. It originates in the Vosges Mountains and flows through the cities of Chalon-sur-Saône, Mâcon, and Lyon before emptying into the Rhône.
