The term 'Rink Move' is a figure skating move that consists of an Axel jump followed by a LOOP jump. An Axel is a jump in which the skater takes off from the forward outside edge of one skate and lands on the back outside edge of the other skate. A LOOP is a jump in which the skater takes off from the back outside edge of one skate and lands on the back outside edge of the other skate. The Rink Move is a difficult move to master and requires a great deal of skill and practice.
