The Reform Party Candidate was Ross Perot, a businessman and philanthropist from Texas. He ran for President of the United States in 1992 and 1996 as the nominee of the Reform Party. Perot was known for his independent views on fiscal policy and his opposition to the North American Free Trade Agreement.
