QB Rodney Peete is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for sixteen seasons. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the sixth round of the 1989 NFL Draft and went on to play for the Philadelphia Eagles, Carolina Panthers, Oakland Raiders, and the Dallas Cowboys. Peete was known for his strong arm and leadership skills, and he was selected to the Pro Bowl in 1995. He retired from the NFL in 2005 and is currently an analyst for Fox Sports.
