Anna Quindlen is an American journalist, novelist, and Pulitzer Prize winner. She won the Pulitzer Prize for Commentary in 1992 for her work as a columnist for The New York Times. Quindlen has written several novels, including the best-selling One True Thing, which was made into a feature film in 1998. She is also the author of several non-fiction books, including A Short Guide to a Happy Life and Being Perfect.
