Dino de Laurentiis was an Italian film producer and entrepreneur. He was born in Torre Annunziata, Italy in 1919 and was best known for producing films such as 'Serpico' (1973), 'King Kong' (1976) and 'Conan the Barbarian' (1982). He was also the founder of the Dinocitta Studios in Rome, which became one of the largest film production facilities in Europe. He passed away in 2010 at the age of 91.
