The term PREZ BEFORE JACK refers to Dwight D. Eisenhower, the 34th President of the United States who served from 1953 to 1961. He was preceded by President Harry S. Truman and succeeded by President John F. Kennedy. Eisenhower was a five-star general in the United States Army during World War II and served as Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe. He was also the first Supreme Commander of NATO.
